Florida Utility Solutions, Inc., a proud member of the USA Water family of companies, is seeking a dependable and motivated Service Technician to join our Operations team. What You’ll Do
- Perform maintenance and repairs on water treatment plants, wastewater treatment facilities, lift stations, and distribution and collection systems.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair pumps, motors, valves, piping, and plumbing components.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on lift station equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical control panels and equipment.
- Assist with identifying and resolving operational issues to ensure reliable utility service.
- Support emergency repairs and respond to maintenance issues as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and maintain accurate maintenance records.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in water, wastewater, mechanical maintenance, industrial maintenance, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Basic knowledge of SCADA systems and 4–20 mA instrumentation is a plus, but not required.
- CDL is a plus, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and safely lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and a willingness to learn.
